Green Girl Totes for Kids
So, Kelty is taking care of Mom and Dad with a groovy green bag. What about the kids? GreenGirlWorld is the answer! They make lightweight fabric totes that are just the right size for kids. Green Girl Tiny Totes are specifically designed for kids aged four to nine. I was able to test the lightweight version ($20). My take: Perfect for school stuff or sports gear, these totes are mom-approved since they are machine washable. This pint-sized eco-tote comes in cool patterns specifically designed for boys or girls and I applaud that they are reversible–two totes in one! We use our test-model in the “Something Fishy” print for ballet gear (I know my nephew would pick the Fire Dept. tote). But I also love it as a library bag or a special tote for Grammy’s house. Might I suggest this as a perfect birthday gift for a junior environmentalist?
